Under each practice question there is a link: Report a problem with this question. Choose what is wrong (the answer, an unclear question, a typing mistake, or something else) and add a note if you like.
An expert checks every report. You can follow yours under My requests, and you will see there when it has been corrected.
For a mistake on an episode or word page, send us a request with the page address.
